A passion of mine is building human-centric organizations where inclusivity, compassion and empathy are the engines for growth, loyalty, and operational excellence.  I thrive as a sounding board and confidante to leaders of scaling organizations, where I can share learnings from my own experiences and extensive leadership studies.  I can be a helpful thought partner for inspiration, innovative thinking and intellectually honest feedback.

• Start-up founders and leaders, in rapidly scaling businesses with a need to reflect on and scale their own leadership capability, and who need feedback and design input on building high functioning teams.  I’m also a good ally in refining business strategy for talent related products.

• Talent acquisition organization leaders, in start-ups or executives in larger organizations, where I can provide leadership coaching on building high performance, inclusive teams as well as subject matter expertise on organization design and all facets of talent management, talent acquisition, channel creation and building operational excellence.
